I just received my waver vibration plate. I did the start up/new user seated position. At first it was a little weird feeling but then it felt very relaxing and soothing. When the machine stopped, I felt pins and needles running down my legs and out my feet. It was a really cool feeling and my legs and feet felt amazing!!! Can’t wait to use it regularly!

Throw the treadmill away. No more achy knees from impact and works the butt and core great and doesn’t take up space. Silent operation and well made. I highly recommend this product for anyone.
