I can't really give a review yet because I have only used the vibrating plate for 3 days. Do far it's ok but not really any results. I need to give it more time.

Know it's doing the job because on setting P0 I started perspiring/sweating and felt and saw glutes & thighs jiggling.

My wife loves this product. she has is a diabetic and has neuropathy really bad, and it seems to help her. she uses it twice daily. we would highly recommend this product.
