Just received, unboxed, read manual, set up( very easy)and did 15 mins sitting in chair at a speed of 3. Very relaxed legs! Look forward to the vibration health journey!

I've only had it a few days but I have noticed I feel better. I little more relaxed and my joints are not as stiff. I will continue to use it 15 minutes a day to see more results.
