I just started using it today. I only had it a speed of 2 and it was quite strong. I can only imagine what it’s like as you go up in speed. Hoping to see good results from it.

Just what I needed!

I am a tennis player who has had to take a break from playing due to my plantar fasciitis. I am frustrated that I have not been able to walk or work out to get back on the courts. The Waver vibration plate has been a great boost to my recovery!

Just got my life pro and used it for the first time. Read how it helps feet and leg issues so looking forward to seeing results. I did notice how it engaged your core...that's a plus. Very stable machine.
