This product seems to be built to last. It is very sturdy. It holds my frame and I am a very big guy. I have only had it for 2 days so I am still learning all the benefits it can offer.

I have been using my Waver Plate for two days now, and really enjoy it. My reason for purchasing the Waver includes the movement of my lymph system. Sleeping better and enjoying the vibratory movement.
