Tried it for 15 minutes to start. Went from walking, jogging and running. It’s going to be fun! Taking it slow and steady to build up my strength.

I got the Pink Lifepro Waver Vibration plate. This is my 2nd one. My son “borrowed” my 1st one. Nothing like Prime Day to get a new one. And just like the 1st, I love it.
