I just received it and I love it. I ordered the vibration plate for the feet a few years ago and absolutely loved it too! I’d like to see what all it does for my body!

My husband and I have just started using it so it’s too soon to fully evaluate. We have both used it daily and so did a neighbor. I know that we will probably use it a lot and in different ways.

The instruction material included are great. Nice big size to see while you are exercising. Online pro coach is good to have.
