I just received my plate, and have done a morning lymphatic routine. The Waver Vibration Plate seems to have the same quality as the one I have recently used at my doctor's office, while doing red light therapy sessions. I am looking forward to using my plate for my overall health.

You can tell right away that this vibration plate is quality and that it is working to help with strength, balance, and circulation. I can’t wait to see how I feel after using it for a while. My boyfriend likes it as well.

So far so good my thighs were heavy and like jello rubbed together after loosing 50 pounds and some other parts of my body. I was considering some kind of surgery to fix these issues. I haven’t wore a pair of shorts in years you can hid your other parts but not your legs. lol But after using this vibrating plate my legs are looking so good building muscle along in my butt, stomach. I wore my 1st pair of shorts and I feel so good just need a tan now. Lol this is an amazing machine it’s changing my life for the better i feel great to.I do 10 minutes in the morning 10 minutes at night. It’s only been a month looking forward to see more results.

Just ordered and I’ve only used a couple of times so far, but I hope it will help improve overall circulation, lymphatic drainage, and help relieve joint pain I’ve been suffering from.

I’ve never used a vibration plate before but always wanted to to support detox and lymphatic drainage. It’s a funny feeling at first but I really love it!
