I’m only giving a four at the moment because I haven’t used it much yet due to not being in town much since I got here. However, I am very stoked about the walking, jogging running aspects of it and the mini program options. I’m excited to find something like this at this price as it will help the longevity in my body and the healing, rehab, lymphatic flow aspect of what I’m working on. It’s heavy, but not too heavy perfect size for at home. I can still move it around my house. The one thing I’m not a fan of is the plastic quality it still looks sturdy but as soon as you take it out of the bag, if fumes very strong I’m sure that will subside eventually release. I’m hoping it will aside from that. I’m very excited for this product and the price I got it for. I use with shoes and w/o

I just got it two days ago, and so far, I like the vibration and the exercises I can accomplish with the movement. My trainer recommended it for several reasons to support my workout.

Knee Replacement

Still having issues with pain and swelling a year after replacement. This plate has helped tremendously with lymphatic and swelling.
