I am pleased with my purchase of the Wave Vibration Plate. I'm a stroke survivor and I'm using the Wave in hopes of regaining my balance as well as helping to restore my ability to use my right side again.

I was skeptical to try this at first but once I did I understand the hype. It loosens your body right out and makes aches and pains so much easier. Would definitely buy again
