A great product!

Was pleasantly surprised when I tried it out the first few times. Certainly helped loosen up my sore muscles. The best part was how quiet it was. Living in a condo complex I was worried it was going to be noisy and disturb my neighbors, but not at all.

The vibration plate works great. I did not think it would hurt as much as it did, but after using it for several days it started to feel better.

Great for the whole family!

Very happy with the vibration plate. Very easy to set up and operate! My grandchildren use it multiple times during the day. It’s very wide. It has 3 vibrating speeds depending on where your feet are placed. The wider the stance, the more vibration. So far, it seems very durable. It’s heavier than some of the other plates but it’s very stable. I would highly recommend this plate. Very happy with purchase!

I ordered one previously and feel like I was not getting results so I returned. However, after not using it I realized how much I missed it and it was helping. My only wish is that you could saved an auto program.
