Great Investment for Anyone

Someone living in AZ where it’s 100+ for 6 months out of the year, this is perfect for indoors. Constantly busy with work making it difficult to go to the gym. This IS a super fun and enjoyable workout alternative. The range of speeds from 1-99 is pretty impressive. Perfect for just shaking things out to relax and help alleviate pain/tension, as well as a full blown workout. So excited to keep using this, have already started seeing a feeling results. The exercise bands helps allow for diverse circuits. So easy to do while watching tv, listening to a podcast or anything really. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Purchased this to replace another vibration plate that was starting to make too much noise. I love the size, blue color and all the settings. So far, so good! Excited to incorporate this into my daily routine!
