I’ve only had this for less than a week but really love how easy it is to use. Even my 86 year old mother uses it, sitting in a chair with her feet propped onto the plate.

The vibration plate is good to use before sleep. Helps you feel more relaxed. Bought it for weight loss but haven’t experienced that yet even at 90 speed
