I am 84 and bought this Waver to increase my balance. As one gets older, this group is more subject to falls. This is a serious dilemma! I want to remain healthy, strong and have stable balance.
My chiropractor was delighted with the news I purchased this Waver and he encouraged me to
continue daily.
The more I use it as directed, I notice an improvement! Even a young man walked me to my car said, “You are walking better!”

This vibration plate is very solid and the platform size is a nice size. There is room for movement. It is very quiet. The remote works well and easy to use. It comes with some accessories and exercise guide. I like it very much.
