I’ve read so many great things about vibration plates and decided on the Lifepro after researching which ones were most recommended! I’ve only been using it for 3 days and am not quite sure I’m using it correctly yet, but I’m excited to see if I notice improvements in metabolism, lymphatic drainage, swelling, and numerous other benefits. Fingers crossed! ?

The waver plate is everything I hoped for. I used to use something similar at a sauna I go to, until they got rid of them. This seem quiet than those. Just started today but already I feel happy like when u used those. Fingers crossed.
