I was a little intimidated to use the vibration plate unsure if it would be more helpful or harmful when my back was hurting. Then I used it for the first time and I was shocked by how good I felt. Better than 3 ibprophens. I am a fan. I am excited to add it to my daily routine.

I love this machine. I have osteoporosis and am hoping this will help, but also happy to help my lymphatic system in the meantime.
