I tried this at my mother-in-laws and fell in love with how the tension was shaken out of my body. I got my own and it is just as fabulous. Would recommend to anyone who works a desk job and needs the dust knocked off of them at the end of a shift

Just received it this week and tried it for the first time. Like the options and that it comes with bands and you can do a variety of different exercises for balance and strength.
