New Beginnings Workout

It was a bit larger than anticipated but that is fine. I was on it for a few minutes, it is very sturdy. I did note that I will need to have a chair close by because of my vertigo, but I am very impressed with what I accomplished in a few minutes.

Lifepro Waver Vibration plate

Starting brand new with as a vibration plate user. Honest review after first day of use for 15 minutes. I couldn't handle standing on the plate so I sat in a chair and put my feet in the jogging position. I was able to tolerate for 10 straight minutes of use. I combined with a red infared mat on my back (along my entire spine) for two treatments of 30 mins each yesterday. I noticed today I could walk with reduced knee pain and zero back pain which I have not done in over two years. I am excited to see what continued use will do!

Super excited about this product. I have high hopes this purchase will help with lympatic drainage. I have swollen lymph nodes in my neck that look terrible. I also need it for weight loss and muscle recovery. I will sing your product praises when I see a difference
