So far I’m enjoying my new vibration plate. My daughter-in-law has one smaller than this and I use hers when I’m at their house babysitting. I really liked her and decided to get one of my own. My priority health allowed me to buy this vibration plate under their plan. It really helps me with my inflammation is one of the biggest things that I have learned about it. I mostly use it in a sitting down position and not standing due to the fact I have pins and screws in my back so standing on it is not a good option but sitting down does not seem to bother my low back at all.
