I can’t say enough good things about this vibration plate. I started using it to help with my peripheral neuropathy, and the results have been incredible. After just a few weeks of consistent use, I noticed a significant reduction in tingling, numbness, and that constant “pins and needles” feeling in my feet.

Absolutely love this machine. We use the pre programmed at the highest level and really enjoy how it makes us feel! Only had it four days but hopefully I’ll get more toned!
