My new little secret

I just received my new Lifepro waiver vibration plate a couple days ago and have been trying it out on my weekend off. I have to say l love this !! I work in a surgery center and stand all day long.. all day .. and my feet and back hurt so bad at the end of the day.. Haven't really had much time on it yet since l just got it but so far it is wonderful , why did l wait so long !?!?! It will be a great way to help the tension in my back and legs to feel better.

As long as it last it’s a 5 star. Love that it has preset programs and it’s a lower and wider profile than my last one. My last one lasted 15 years! This one is also 20 pounds lighter??

Excellent quality product so far. Very well designed and constructed. Even the paper quality of the visual exercise charts, instructional booklet, and information is higher quality to last longer and use repeatedly without having to laminate them. Easy readability and understandable verbiage to get started and to assemble as well. I am looking forward to my healing journey using my new Waver vibration plate.

I am 81-years-old so my review will hinge on my age issue. The platform is very ample for three levels of vibration though I may never exceed level 1 -walking- as I cannot imagine vibrating any faster. The movement is very intense. The operation is easy to understand and implement. The product itself is sturdy and mechanically efficient. Begin from a seated position and adjust the workout to a lower time if necessary. Very satisfied with this product.
