I love this vibration plate!!! I love that it’s so quiet and easy to use! Seems very well made. I also love the handles underneath the sides that make it easy to pick up and move around.

I just received my Waver Vibration Plate. I opened it and everything was shipped safely and it included everything it was supposed to. I tried it for 15 minutes on speed 1 in different positions (standing, sitting, and beginner plank) as well as each position standing (walking, jogging, and running) just to get a feel for each. I like it so far and it is more comfortable and easier to use than a different brand I tried through a friend. I’m looking forward to using it more and seeing how much it truly benefits my health.
