Not only has it greatly improved my swelling from lack of lymphatic drainage but an added benefit that I wasn’t expecting is how it has calmed down my anxiety. From the moment I stepped on at a low setting I felt my body relax.
If it’s been a tough day I’ll step on in the afternoon just for this reason.

Love vibration plate

I used to go to the chiropractor and they had a vibration plate and I loved the way it would make me feel. After reading reviews, I chose the waver vibration plate. Good product and not overly expensive. I am 48 years old and lift weights, so I wanted to add this to my health regimen to improve my aging. So excited to make this a part of my daily health habits!

We wanted to upgrade our vibrating plate so we did our research first. By far Lifepro had better reviews than the others, and rated higher than the competition on the market. After using it for a few days we are 100% certain we made the right choice. I love the support that’s available as well such as through email and videos. They provide ways in which you can use it for workouts to get optimal results.
