Absolutely perfect for me!

Perfect for me because I had major back surgery and still felt I needed to exercise, but with low impact. This is a full body workout with low impact and easy resistance. Also perfect for light stretching! I’ve already lost 2 pounds and feel so much better overall in just 1 week without much effort! Just get on and enjoy for only 10-20 per day!! Thank you LifePro! I’m so happy about my affordable worthy investment!!

I just got this and did the recommended 5 minutes to begin. I really felt it work. It was an easy set up and was able to start right away. I did watch some beginner videos before I received the Waver so I felt well prepared.

Took me days to get someone to open the battery cover. I have arthritis in my thumbs. Put fresh batteries in, remote doesn’t work

Great product for health

I've had 1 for 8 years. Still works perfectly.
I got a new one and am gifting my old one.
I use weights in conjunction on running
part and I have gotten good results. My "wings" have tightened up. My arm strength is better.

Vibrating away soreness

Have used this product for the last couple of days after my workouts and before I go to bed. It seems like it’s helping with muscle soreness and I don’t feel as stiff.
