Great Investment

Just received the product and I’ve started to use it 30 minutes a day. I do feel energized after a session no matter how long I use it for! No specific reason I bought it, just curious. My 79 year old dad enjoys it too! Definitely excited to see how I feel after using it for 3 months.

I've unboxed my new Waver Vibration Plate. I tried my first 15 minutes on it. I feel GREAT! I'm impressed with the many amazing features! There are three different intensities while standing on the plate--walking, jogging, running. An exercise sheet details simple exercises for various parts of the body. There are additional stretchy bands, too. What hasn't this company thought of?! I can't comment on my progress yet, but I hope to tone up and strengthen my bones. Thanks Lifepro!
