I’ve been using the lifepro waver plate for about a week and have noticed a significant improvement in circulation. It’s winter and my hands and feet can never fully warm, but with the waver plate, they finally can!

I am suffering from joint pain due to menopause and I am using this every day for the 15 minutes to alleviate this problem. I also a personal trainer for senior women and look forward to having them try new exercises on this machine.
