I absolutely LOVE my new Lifepro Full Body Waver Vibration Plate. This helps with Lymphatic Drainage, Boosts my Immune System, Increases Circulation, and adds resistance to my workout out. I have only used this for a short time, but I've already feel results. I am anxious to see what my body will feel, and look, like after a few months of continuous daily workout routines.
