After a lot of research on brands, I decided on this one and love it. My knees, hips and back have seen immediate improvement with 15 minutes in the morning and 15 in the evening. I even bought one for my parents.

Love my waver vibration plate so far! It is heavy duty and goes from 1-99, so has some serious vibration! The stretchy bands that attach are too long and not stretchy enough in my opinion to provide enough resistance, not sure if they can be shortened? Love that it is backed by science & has a lifetime warranty.
