It's making my workouts so much more efficient which is awesome when low on time. Also I have a lot of anxiety and panic attacks and it has significantly reduced those. I can hop on it for a few minutes if I start feeling anxious and feel like I'm floating when I get off of it. Just

Nice machine. Took a minute to get my balance. But now moving along through the various programs and incorporating squats. Very sore after the first day but a work in progress. Instructions for program levels should be more detailed.
