My doctor told me to get this to help improve my bone density. Even my partner is excited to use this to ease arthritis, recovery after construction work, and get better circulation!

Quiet and effective

Quiet, not too heavy to easily carry or move around - and the roller makes it super easy to move from one spot to another without even lifting. Photo with flip flops for scale!

Already feeling a difference

I just received my waver device yesterday and sat in a chair with my feet on it for 10 mins on level 20, then later I sat my whole body on it cross legged on speed 45 for 15 minutes. When the machine stopped after the first round of 10 mins I felt these very fine lines of energy or blood circulation maybe run up both my legs almost like an electrical charge. Both times I was not in a rush for it to end and it was definitely a better way to unwind rather than spending that time on social media. I slept a little better and seemed to have an easier time laying on my back. I feel a little more energetic and motivated to do other self care activities now. I spent all day sitting at a desk doing computer work and most days afterwards I feel kinda stuck and not wanting to move or exercise so I got this to help with that and also give my body more rigorous movement as when I do work out, I don't like doing intense high-motion exercises like cardio.
