It works!

I’ve only gotten to use it a couple times so far. The first time I used it I only went for the 15 minutes. About 10 minutes on speed five and the other five minutes on speed 10.. I could definitely feel it in my thighs,when I got done as if I had done squats. I can’t wait to see my results after I’ve done it consistently.. I could also tell a little difference in my sinus drainage after using it. I believe it will be great for my lymphatic system also!.. It comes with a remote, two handheld attachable resistant straps, and four different strength resistant bands (light, medium, heavy, and extra heavy).

I received the vibration plate as a gift , opened at our late Christmas on January 3/26. I’ve used it yesterday and today. I am impressed with its quality and am looking forward to feeling all of the benefits.

I’ve been using this vibration plate and I’m really impressed so far. It’s easy to set up, sturdy, and surprisingly powerful. I like that I can use it for quick workouts, stretching, and even recovery on busy days when I don’t have much time.

Been using about 9 days now sitting on a desk chair as we are in our 70's and are finding it very relaxing and are noticing aches and pains going away. The wife had a burning in the shoulder blade/neck area that she's not been able to get of with massage and exercise for about 6 months. It's almost gone with using this and doing the neck stretches she had been doing to no avail. By leaning forward at the waist you can feel the vibration up the back and neck area better. LOVE this thing! Hope to move up to standing on it for our balance improvement soon. Glad we bought it!
