The plate has many programmed vibrations. Nice. I contacted LifePro with a health concern several days ago. No response. Disappointed.

I’ve been using my Lifepro vibrating plate regularly and have been very happy with it. It’s easy to set up and operate, and the different speed settings let me adjust the intensity to my comfort level. I like using it for a few minutes each day to help me feel more active and loosen up my muscles. It’s sturdy, doesn’t take up much space, and the remote makes it convenient to use. Overall, I think it’s a great addition to my home fitness routine, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a low-impact workout tool.
