Only Vibration Plate You Need

I’ve tried a few other vibration plates and they made me feel worse and almost sick to my stomach. This plate is a one stop shop for all of your needs. Love that it comes with workouts and bands.

This is my second vibration plate and I love this one way more than the one I had. My only complaint is the power cord. It doesn’t click in like it claims (I returned one life pro already because the power wouldn’t turn on at all due to the loose cord) and this one turns on if it’s in exactly the right position, but it’s loose and doesn’t click in like it should. Oh well. I do love the plate though.

I was skeptical of the benefits for the waiver plate. I was very wrong. My husband and I have been using this regulrarly and have seen results. Cramping and jumpy legs stopped. Tension in back and neck reduced. Quicker recovery from work outs.
