I’ve only had this product for a few days, but have been using it at least once daily since it came in. I greatly look forward to either sitting or standing on it. It has quickly become part of my daily ritual. I’m loving the benefits so far!

Amazing for Lymphatic Drainage!

I was diagnosed with lymphedema in my legs this past year and have struggled with finding ways to relieve the lymph swelling, but this vibration plate has been so helpful! I do it for about 15 minutes at a time on the first level and it feels amazing and has done wonders for my leg swelling.
