Just received our Lifepro vibration plate and we've already both tried it out. Definitely can feel it, even just starting with 10 minutes. I have heard good things so I'm hopeful. My sister says it's helped with swelling of her feet and ankles and foot pain. I'm really hoping it will help with my husbands RLS. Trying all positions.

I have used it a few times, I’ve been ill. It told me when I ordered I would need to also order waver remote, it came with one so I have 2. Still waiting for my free gift, Mimi vibrating massage ball.
