Must Buy!! Don’t hesitate!

I was not sure this was going to work, but I was so wrong! I use this machine every day, and if I don’t have that much energy, I just put some tv on and do 20 minutes. This thing is amazing!

Just received my Waver vibration plate so I’ve only used it a couple times but, so far, so good. It adds a completely unique element to my workouts and I look forward to seeing everything I can do with it.

Just sat on a chair with my feet on it for the first time. Will stand on it tonight when I have someone here to make sure Im OK. I have neuropathy in both feet and some nerve damage in my right leg from a surgery. I am hopeful!
