I am a senior citizen and hoped to use the vibration plate to keep my muscles limber and my blood circulating. The vibration was too stressful on my joints. Might be good for younger people, but not for me.

I've had this for a month. I like it. Bought primarily for neuropathy. Use it regularly but no real neuropathy relief.
