I got this to help me out with my lower legs since I have a condition that makes it hard to circulate water weight and so far so good! My legs are less puffy and I'm seeing improvements.

Haven't used it enough to give an honest review about the effects, but it looks the same as what I ordered, it came with all the accessories, and it works. Guess we'll find out about the effects!

I am thrilled to have my own Vibration Plate. I use it several times a week; doing planks, sit ups, squats, bridging etc. It is super sturdy and easy to use.
