Loving this product so far! Instructions are easy and clear. I love that it came with movement instructions and also QR codes that takes you to specific YouTube videos for follow along exercises.

This device is great for me. I am a breast cancer survivor with two lymph nodes removed ; therefore this vibration plate is perfect for lymphatic drainage for me.
