I just had surgery and have just been able to start using it but so far I love it my legs feels so much better and my back muscles are more relaxed

I use it every morning and it is such a great way to start the day! I feel energized and normally rather sluggish so this has changed my mornings and I look forward to using it. Just like my coffee!

Good for sore muscles

I wake up with sore muscles and aching. I stand on my plate for 5 minutes and I feel so much better. I continue to use the plate for the rest of the 10 minutes doing squats and using the bands to work my arms. I love my plate.

I’ve used it everyday since it arrived, not feeling a huge difference yet, but definitely more energy when I use in the morning & I do sleep better if I use it an hour or so before bed
