It turns on its self several times a day

This thing gives a full body workout every time. Start slow and don’t eat just before using it. Lol you may get nauseated.

I was very excited to try this out. The machine is very solid and much quieter than I expected, which was a plus. Setup was quick and easy. I really hope this helps with lymphatic drainage. I’ll keep y’all updated!

I have used my new Waver Vibration plate 4 times in the last 5 days and I am very impressed. I'm a 74 year old man and have numerous issues with my right ankle and a noticeable decrease in circulation on both ankles and feet. I have already noticed a substantial increase in circulation with visible results in my lower legs, ankles and feet. My balance has improved and so has my overall skin tone and quality of my bowel movements. After a 15 minute session my legs feel alive and energized! Can't wait to see what 5 weeks does!
