I bought this to help my circulation. I have lymphedema/lipedema and I'm hoping this will get rid of some of the swelling/fluids. I am starting out slowly, so I don't have any results yet. Also, both knees are prosthetic. I think slow is my only option which is fine.

Great vibration plate! I bought this mostly for lymphatic drainage and use after 12 hour shifts at the hospital. Love it so far.

In one week of we can see a major improvement with circulation especially of my man who walks on cement all day not to mention he was a journey man bricklayer for 25 plus years. He uses it for his arms, shoulders and hands. It’s life altering and it takes a lot for me to believe research! I believe and my son is a physical therapist!
