I just started using the waver vibration board this week and can already feel a difference in my ankles and knees. So far just starting on the low setting, can’t wait to increase the intensity. Will be increasing on a measured pace.

Helps with muscle soreness

This machine has been helping me after my crossfit workouts as far as soreness. It helps move all that fluid around so im no where near as sore as I use to be.
