I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it feels sturdy and of good quality. I like that it has different speeds and different preset programs. I plan to use it for long term health benefits as I have a chronic pain condition.

Using daily for 10 minutes and have seen a significant reduction in swelling under arm pits, I would recommend 100%

As soon as I receive the box, I noticed this vibration plate was well-made. I’ve had other brands which were light and flimsy which I also sent back. I weigh 208 pounds . If you’re looking for a vibration plate that’s going to match your weight. I suggest this one, the durability and the warranty and with the amount of programs that it has to offer. There’s no other comparison to the life pro machines.

I am a 71 yr old female who loves walking, gardening, yoga and my 6 grandchildren.
I heard about power plates years ago, but the cost was too much. I now have this and am working with a new perspective!

Back is Feeling Good

I have chronic low back pain and poor circulation. I am pleased to say after only using the Waver a couple of weeks I am feeling quite a bit better. I work in healthcare and I’m on my feet for most of the day. I look forward to coming home to use the platform. My back and hips are feeling good!

I purchased the middle of the road LifePro Waver and I am loving it! The bands are great too. Best purchase I’ve made in a very long time….my leg/ankle/feet swelling is so much better. Thank you!
