Replacing an old one with this one

This is replacing a very old vibration plate I bought years ago. I like that this one is portable and more versatile. It also has stronger vibration and way more frequency choices. I think I will get better results with this one.

I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it feels sturdy and of good quality. I like that it has different speeds and different preset programs. I plan to use it for long term health benefits as I have a chronic pain condition.
