When I first started look for a vibration plate, I wasn't for sure what I wanted. The more I researched the more Lifepro Waver kept showing up. So I bit the bullet and bought it for myself for Mother's Day. Delivery was quite fast. The directions and pictures that came with it was super easy to understand and very easy to understand. The lifetime warranty is also a great bonus! My whole family loves it. I love it. I look forward to getting more comfortable on it and adding it to my routine

I have only had this a week or so, and trying to learn how to use it! The manual and emails have been great in coaching me about how to get started! I certainly feel a difference after using this plate( starting out low). Can't wait to see and feel the benefits from it! Seems its made well and sturdy. Thanks for the support and suggestions!

My wife has been wanting a vibration machine. Now that she has this one she absolutely loves it. She loves how the machine allows her to do different exercises and how she feels better since she started using.
