Completed my first 15 minute session -- I'm not sure yet what I would rate it.
Initial reaction is that I think I hoped the highest would be a bit faster / higher.

This vibration plate has made such a big difference in my leg swelling and heaviness that I was heaving in my legs. It also has helped immensely with my back pain. So glad I purchased this.

Just opened the box so havent used it but it came with resistance bands which is a nice addition. Can't wait to use it

I kept getting ads for this and skipped over for them for months. Something clicked with one of the videos I saw so I decided to give it a try. Can't imagine my day being without out already and it's only been two weeks! Love how it makes me feel afterwards with improved energy and already seeing the weight loss and it's only been two weeks!
