Got started right out of the box. Definitely felt the workout. Time will tell if balance improves.

The Waver Vibration Plate is just what I wanted. Small enough to leave in a location that I can use it more often. I just started using it but have my hopes up that the next Bone Density test I have is not worse but better. Time will tell..
