So far I’m impressed with the Waver! I’m a busy mom to 5 and finding ways to workout effectively and efficiently has been a challenge for me. I love that I can get a good workout in without too much effort or equipment. I’m excited to see how this tool works out long term!

It’s been only a week that I am using daily the waver and I already feel my legs stronger. I am hoping to lose some weight after using it for a month. What a great way to watch something while using it!

I bought this to manage my severe edema and hope to work up to the exercises. I have not been able to get down on the floor and back up due to the excessive swelling in my legs and the resulting weakness.
