Very impressive with first day. Needed for joint maintenance and rehabilitation. Resistance bands is an excellent add-on. Will update after continued use.

I'm so glad I did some research to find the Lifepro waver plate! After three uses, I've already noticed a difference in how I feel. The plate itself is incredibly well-made and built to last!
